The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida (FPHA) will be implementing a smoke-free policy in order to provide a healthier environment for all FPHA residents. Our Agency has made this decision due to the harmful effects of secondhand smoke, increased maintenance costs, and fire danger caused by indoor smoking. We will be requiring all residents to sign a Smoke-Free Lease Addendum to be effective July 1, 2018. This lease Addendum is available for review at FPHA’s Main Office at 511 Orange Avenue. FPHA will be holding a Resident Meeting at 511 Orange Avenue on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. for any comments regarding the Smoke-Free Policy.
