Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Pierce.  We are pleased to provide information to the community concerning our programs and services.  

Of special note, is our commitment to eliminate the negative influence of poverty in public housing.  Also to ensure that residents develop self-esteem, and lead fulfilling productive lives.

• Assistance in delivering health, personal and social services to residents and to remove barriers to their independence

In addition this Authority will cooperate with other agencies to provide

• Educational assistance toward GED certification and matriculation in institutions of higher learning in academic and trade schools
• Pre-employment training for particular jobs
• Opportunities for entry level employment in industries and disciplines, which will provide economic stability and rewards to ensure self-sufficiency
• Affordable housing opportunities and promote homeownership
