Unless notified otherwise, Regular Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month with the Annual Meeting being held on the second Wednesday of February. However, the Annual Meeting has been rescheduled from February 9, 2022 to February 16, 2022. Said Meetings commence at 4:30 p.m. and are held at our office, 511 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950.

Annual Board Meeting: Rescheduled to February 16, 2022. 


Board Meetings are open to the public and will be conducted using communications media technology.

We will adhere to social distancing and recommend mask wearing at all times while in our offices.  If you feel unwell or have a fever, please do not enter our offices. 

If you wish to attend, either in person or electronically, please contact our office at the telephone number above for further instructions and to RSVP. The public is welcome to speak during the public forum and time limits will apply. Speakers must register prior to the public forum. The registration form is available at the entrance of the meeting room or via our website: www.hacfp.org.

While there will be physical quorum present, the meetings are accessible as follows:

The purpose of the meetings is to conduct business as the board deems necessary. The board meeting packets will be available in advance and during the meeting by visiting our website: www.hacfp.org.

All proceedings before the boards are electronically recorded. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the board at a meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings be made, which will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be asked. A copy of the tape or minutes of the board meeting may be obtained, at the requester’s expense, by contacting our office, telephone number above.
